Firstly, you have to work in groups of three or four. Each group will find information about one of these countries:

  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • The USA
  • The UK
  • Ireland
Each member of the group will find different information:
  • Localization and key data: you will find a map of the country and find information about the capital city and other important cities, their localization, the distance from Spain, the country flag and symbols, the population and the currency.
  • History: you will summarize the main events and key dates of the country. You can use some questions that your teacher will give you.
  • Main attractions: you will find information about the most interesting places to visit in the country, the most popular sports and music, the typical food, etc.
  • Cuisine: you will find information about the most typical dishes and restaurants in the area.
Then, you will design a PowerPoint presentation to show the information to your classmates.

Finally, you will show the PowerPoint presentation in the class, and you will explain it to your classmates in English!
